Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refunds and cancellations related to Meetify premium subscriptions and in-app purchases. We strive to ensure fair and transparent refund practices while maintaining the quality of our service.

Premium Subscriptions

Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings in the app or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing cycle.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for premium subscriptions may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the premium features, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Accidental Purchase: If you or someone else accidentally purchased a subscription without your authorization, provided that the request is made within 48 hours of the purchase.
  • Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your subscription period.

In-App Purchases

In-app purchases, such as one-time feature unlocks or virtual items, are generally non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • Delivery Failure: If the purchased item or feature was not delivered to your account.
  • Accidental Purchase: If the purchase was made accidentally, provided that the request is made within 48 hours and the item has not been used.

Please note that consumable items that have been used (partially or fully) are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@meetify.com or through the in-app support feature.
  2. Provide your account information, including the email address associated with your account.
  3. Include details about the purchase, such as the date, amount, and type of purchase.
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request.
  5. Include any relevant screenshots or information that may help us process your request.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you made your purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their respective refund policies will apply:

  • Apple App Store: For purchases made through the App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. Visit Apple Support or go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > [your Apple ID] > View Apple ID > Purchase History to request a refund.
  • Google Play Store: For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests must be submitted directly to Google. Visit Google Play Help or open the Google Play Store app > Account > Order History to request a refund.

Please note that Meetify cannot process refunds for purchases made through these platforms, as they handle all payment processing.

Free Trial Conversions

If you signed up for a free trial of our premium subscription and did not cancel before the trial period ended:

  • You will be charged for the first billing cycle when the free trial ends.
  • We do not typically provide refunds if you forgot to cancel your free trial.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue with the paid subscription.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Special promotional offers, discounts, or credits are subject to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, these offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use or other policies, you will not be eligible for a refund of any subscription fees or in-app purchases.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in the app. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
