Welcome to Jyotish! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jyotish mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), owned and operated by WinkWink Services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Jyotish account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Nature of the Service

Jyotish provides astrology-based content, birth chart calculations, and consultations with independent astrologers for entertainment, guidance, and self-reflection purposes. Astrological readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Astrologer Consultations

Astrologers available on Jyotish are independent practitioners. Jyotish facilitates the connection between users and astrologers but does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any reading or advice given.

6. Content and Conduct

You agree not to post any content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or racially, sexually, or otherwise objectionable. Jyotish reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. Termination

Jyotish may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for breach of these Terms.
